We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our ever-growing dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients, ensuring that their needs are met whilst helping to drive sales growth. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a high level of attention to detail and a strong presence to collaborate effectively with internal colleagues and clients alike.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
2. With support from the Commercial Director, analyse client data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored strategies that meet the specific needs of each account.
4. Conduct regular meetings (where appropriate) with clients to review performance, address concerns, and discuss future opportunities.
5. Prepare and present reports on account status, forecasts, and strategic plans to senior management.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Key Qualifications & Skills
1. A minimum of 3 years proven experience in account management or similar roles within a sales/commercial environment.
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
3. Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, enabling effective data interpretation and decision-making.
4. Proficiency in the use of CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite of products is essential.
5. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
