The ideal D365 support consultant should have:
Navision / Business Central experience is essential.
Knowledge within Finance.
Be able to manage service desks (you will be working alongside 2 other SC's)
Experience with ticketing.
Have confidence with escalating issues.
Experience with small enhancements, configurations, DevOps back logs.
