My client is recruiting a Service Manager for their Supported Living services in Cheshire. As the Service Manager you will have day to day responsibility for the management of staff to ensure the delivery of person-centred support to adults with a range of needs including learning disabilities, mental health conditions and associated complex care needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong leadership and direction to the care team, ensuring the delivery of person-centred care that meets the individual needs and preferences of the residents.
Oversee all aspects of the service operations, including staffing, budget management, and regulatory compliance, to ensure the highest standards of care and safety.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes trust and communication.
Lead by example in promoting a culture of dignity, respect, and empowerment, ensuring that each resident is treated with compassion, empathy, and understanding.
