We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead our Dispute Resolution Services team in Ashtead, Surrey. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a valid full UK manual driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the Dispute Resolution Services team in Ashtead, ensuring excellent service delivery and high-quality outcomes.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to resolve disputes and improve customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination across teams.

What We Offer:
* Competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, plus benefits.
* Additional £50 per sleep-in shift.
* 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (on a shift rota basis).
