Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic brand marketing plans for a growth focused portfolio
* Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, digital, and insights teams to enhance consumer engagement and brand performance
* Identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
* Manage the marketing budget to optimise campaign effectiveness and ROI
* Lead and mentor one team member
* Analyse and report on marketing performance, ensuring alignment with the brand’s sustainability and innovation goals
The ideal Marketing Manager will have strong innovation experience and combine strategic vision with hands-on execution. The role would be well suited to a Senior Brand Manager level candidate looking for their next step or Marketing Manager looking for an exciting new challenge.
