We are looking to recruit an EYFS Teaching assistant to provide support within a school in Wolverhampton. The School prides themselves on supporting their children and achieving the best results possible and are seeking a candidate who can follow their ethos. The ideal candidate MUST hold a TA or childcare qualification and have experience of working within EYFS or KS1 with strong phonics knowledge. Experience of delivering the Read, Write Inc phonics scheme would be advantageous. The role is to start asap and potentially for the full academic year with the working daily hours of 8.30-3.30pm. The ideal candidate must have the following experience: Support students that need guidance in reaching learning targets. Can deliver basic phonics. Strong understanding of the national curriculum. Good grammar and spoken English. Provide learning interventions. Excellent at raising attainment. Able to encourage pupils to learn and build their confidence.
