Flourish Education are working with a Primary School in Northfield who are seeking a caretaker to join their team on a temporary basis. This school is a large form entry primary school, which has a large playground attached. The school is community centred and works hard developing partnerships with families within the school. The school environment is something that great pride is taken in and someone who can help contribute to the maintenance. The ideal caretaker would be someone who has previously worked within a school setting and has a good knowledge of the needs of this environment. The role is to provide temporary cover for a member of the school team. As such, the new caretaker would be someone who has experience with manual handling, completing maintenance tasks, ensuring that the site is safe for pupils. The ideal candidate would be available from 1pm until around 6:30pm day. Experience or training with COSHH, Safeguarding, manual handling, working at heights or any other relevant experience would be advantageous.
