Your role will involve: Business Development – Identifying and securing new client partnerships within the commercial and finance sectors. Candidate Sourcing – Using a variety of methods to attract, screen, and place top-tier candidates in exciting roles. Relationship Management – Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term success. Negotiation & Closing Deals – Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring the best outcome for both clients and candidates. Market Insight – Staying ahead of industry trends and advising clients and candidates on market conditions.
