Internship: Human Resource Management

Position Responsibilities
Accounting
1. Data Entry & Reconciliation
o Record financial transactions in Quickbooks
o Assist in reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts.
2. Accounts Payable and Receivable Support
o Process invoices and expense reports.
o Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients or vendors as needed.
3. Compliance
o Maintain organized records for compliance with company policies and regulations.
4. Expense Management
o Help with tracking employee expenses and preparing reimbursement reports.
Human Resources
1. Recruitment and Onboarding
o Post job openings and screen resumes.
o Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating onboarding processes.
2. Employee Records Management
o Maintain and update personnel files.
o Ensure compliance with confidentiality and HR standards.
3. HR Policy Support
o Assist in developing and revising HR policies or employee handbooks.
o Research best practices for compliance and employee engagement.
4. Employee Engagement
o Assist in organizing company events or wellness initiatives.
o Compile feedback from employees on engagement programs.
General Office Support
1. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, or organizing meetings.
2. Support cross-functional projects that align with both accounting and HR goals.
