About the Role
To provide exceptional ‘front of house’ guest experience and work closely with our Practice Manager to oversee the smooth operation of the practice. This includes ensuring that all customers are welcomed and looked after in a timely manner from start to finish. You will ensure that the practice is inviting with a positive, fun ambience, and that colleagues are focused on providing outstanding service.
You will be responsible for setting the ‘tone’ and will be the ‘conductor’ of our brand pledge to ensure a memorable experience for our patients. As the first point of contact in our retail/clinical practice, you will be knowledgeable about our products and will help manage practice floor operations.
You must be able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English, and demonstrate a high level of customer service. You must also be able to work well under pressure and thrive in a relaxed but busy environment. The successful candidate will have a warm and welcoming personality, be very well-presented, and have the ability to ensure that our guests have an enjoyable experience. Duties
* Optical dispensing
* Using Optix
* Pre-screening
* Working closely with the Practice Manager to set a happy, relaxed ambience for the practice
* Set up patient appointments in a structured format
* Accommodating customers in a retail sales environment where necessary
* Acting as the liaison between the guests and the dispensing/clinical team
* Help with the smooth running of the practice
* Ensuring high standards of customer service
* Working closely with the team to plan, contribute ideas, and help deliver the Concept vision.
* Responsibility for the appearance of the retail and waiting areas – ensuring a clean, tidy, and welcoming space, managing background music, and helping to create the “buzz” in the building, ensuring that people remember their visit as a warm and positive experience.
