Job Description
* Conduct detailed stock condition surveys across the housing portfolio.
* Provide accurate and detailed reports on survey findings.
* Collaborate with the construction team to prioritise maintenance and improvement tasks.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all survey activities.
* Identify and report any potential risks or issues in the housing stock.
* Assist in the development and updating of maintenance and improvement strategies.
* Liaise with external contractors and stakeholders as required.
* Contribute to the overall mission of providing high-quality, affordable housing.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Stock Condition Surveyor should have:
* A degree in Building Surveying or a similar field.
* In-depth knowledge of building construction, building standards, and health and safety regulations.
* Excellent attention to detail and reporting skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with team members and external parties.
* The ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* A commitment to contributing positively to the not-for-profit sector.
