Summary of the role We are currently looking for a Regulatory Policy Specialist to join our growing compliance team. In this role, you will play a key supporting position, ensuring our organisation meets its corporate responsibilities to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Your responsibilities will include liaising with the FCA Supervision Team to support our Proactive Engagement Programme, overseeing the effective operation of the Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SMCR), and ensuring timely and accurate regulatory reporting. Self-starter and willing to work on a wide variety of topics.
