ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:
St Vincent’s Private Hospital – Fitzroy Campus is seeking a Registered Nurse or dual Registered Nurse / Midwife with recent experience in Special Care Nursery to join our team in a part-time Fixed term capacity. 0.8 EFT Parental Leave cover contract. We are a Level 5 Special Care Nursery, caring for babies over 32 weeks gestation and 1200g in weight. We offer High Flow and CPAP respiratory support, so experience with these forms of ventilation is required.

ABOUT YOU:
* Previous experience in a Level 4 Special Care Nursery or above.
* Excellent clinical skills to deliver high-quality care, and competency in emergencies.
* Demonstrated leadership skills.
* The ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
* Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma in the Specialist Care of the Newborn (desirable).
* PIPER NeoResus Advanced Resuscitation Program (highly desirable).
* Current unrestricted AHPRA nursing / midwifery registration.
* Working with children check.
* Flexibility in work hours.
