About the Role:
We are recruiting for an IT Service Desk Analyst on behalf of a forward-thinking IT company based in Leamington Spa. As a Service Desk Analyst, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding support while working collaboratively with a passionate team. You'll have access to regular development opportunities and a company culture that values transparency and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver excellent customer service through handling support queries professionally via phone, email, or service desk portal.
2. Take ownership of user problems, using a methodical approach to resolve issues proactively.
3. Escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate team member or third-party support.
4. Maintain accurate documentation, including updating the company's knowledge base.
5. Support users with hardware and software advice while ensuring SLA adherence.
6. Provide out-of-hours support when required.
7. Report to the Support Team Leader and contribute to the company's service improvement initiatives.
