We are looking for an Administrator for our brand new care home in Sheringham.
Your job will be to support the Home Manager in daily process tasks such as data entry, data collection and sharing, financial administration, staff rota communication, and providing important business information to the Group Support Centre.
You will prepare contracts and collect payments for residents, assist in any queries they may have, and send out group communications.
You will assist in sourcing candidates for vacancies within the home, creating offer paperwork, obtaining references and DBS clearance, ordering uniforms and badges. You will also be responsible for processing payroll and dealing with queries from staff.
You will love managing your systems and staying on top of paperwork, becoming the ‘go-to’ for your colleagues looking for information, all whilst demonstrating attention to detail.
Ideally, we would like experience in a care home setting, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.50 per hour
