Job Title: Senior Project Scheduler
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Scheduler to join our team at 3D Personnel in Belfast/Northern Ireland.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned project scheduler to take on a key role in planning and delivering projects from start to finish. As a Senior Project Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and implementing project schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects, and managing resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Tender Documentation: Assist the Estimating team with tender documentation, including programmes, logistics plans, and method statements.
* Internal Adjudication Meetings: Contribute to internal adjudication meetings and post-tender client meetings.
* Project Start-ups: Prepare planning information on new project start-ups, including coordinated procurement, design, manufacture, and construction programme.
* Project Programmes: Update project programmes to inform the project team and senior management team.
* Critical Path Analysis: Perform critical path analysis and advise the project team of critical changes to priorities and threats.
* Claims: Prepare claim information in the event of delays.
* Programme Revisions: Control and record programme revisions.
Requirements:
* IT Skills: Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Project.
* Construction Background: Construction and planning background essential.
* Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management skills.

Estimated Salary:
£42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience.
