We are seeking a strong customer service candidate for the credit control department of this highly successful business based on the Wrexham Industrial Estate. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing business that offers career progression.
Day to day your role will involve but not be limited to:
* Calling existing customers regarding their accounts
* Emailing and producing follow-up letters for business customers
* Agreeing realistic (based on customer income & expenditure) and sustainable payment plans or lump sum payments in line with company directives
* Always adhering to a high level of customer service
* Adhering to company procedure and policy in line with best practice
In order to be considered for this role you must:
* Have excellent phone-based customer service and/or collections experience
* Be able to show empathy but also communicate necessary actions
* Be a good problem solver and communicator
* Have administration skills in order to complete after-call paperwork
In return, you can expect a first year's remuneration of £25,000 pa working Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00.
