Telemarketing Executive Responsibilities:
1. Perform high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers to identify potential business opportunities and generate
2. Nurture relationships with prospective and existing customers by keeping them engaged and regularly connecting
3. Actively promote the company's products and solutions, explaining the benefits of the products
4. Liaise with customers to understand and determine their needs and to successfully qualify leads
5. Follow up on outstanding leads on behalf of the Business Development Managers and Sales Managers, closing sales where appropriate
6. Provide regular updates to the sales team to ensure they are well informed and able to maximise sales opportunities
