You're our Head of Projects & Delivery. You're responsible for the strategic leadership and operational oversight of the Project and Delivery Managers. You'll make sure that all projects and ongoing support work are delivered on time, to budget and to the agreed scope. With a focus on driving operational efficiency, maintaining high standards of delivery and ensuring the team's performance meets or exceeds client expectations. This role also plays a pivotal part in developing long-term improvements in delivery processes, managing resources effectively and supporting team development.
What are we looking for from you?
You'll have a track record of success in a similar role within an agency environment. Ideally, you'll have a Scrum certification or experience of working within an Agile Scrum Framework. You'll have a commercial mind as you'll be responsible for running the P&L of the department. You'll need a high degree of knowledge, insight and understanding of eCommerce and project delivery methods. You'll be a confident communicator, capable of having engaging conversations with senior stakeholders and, last but probably most important of all, you have experience of leading and motivating a talented team of Delivery and Project Managers.
