We are looking for kind, caring and compassionate individuals to provide support to adults of all ages. You will be a key member of a multi-disciplinary team promoting and maintaining individual's independence, dignity and choice, undertaking medical, nursing or therapy related treatment programmes or social care intervention in order to support and enable people in their own homes. Don't worry if you haven't worked in care before, we're also interested in people with a naturally caring attitude, and we will provide all the training and support needed. Our Requirements: • A caring attitude and a desire to help people to become more independent. • Can encourage and enable people to remain an active part of their community. • Able to build effective relationships and communicate to a high standard. • Have a UK Driving Licence and have access to own vehicle (mileage and travel time paid). A flexible approach to work rotas is needed as we operate a 5 day out of 7 rolling rota, including weekends and Bank Holidays, between 7am-10pm. Rotas are planned weeks in advance, so you are able to plan around your own commitments. Enhancements paid for weekends and Bank holidays.
