We have an excellent opportunity to offer to a Trainee Associate Wealth Manager. The role will eventually lead to becoming a fully DipPFS qualified Wealth Manager. T he Role – Trainee Associate Wealth Manager: The position will require an enthusiastic and driven graduate level candidate to deliver first class support to a Senior Wealth Manager and their growing team, whilst continuing the path of becoming a fully qualified Wealth Manager, fully supported by the company and its robust Training and Development. You must project a professional image and entrepreneurial spirit in both appearance and attitude along with providing quality support on time to agreed standards. Duties include but are not exclusive to: · Attend Client Meetings with Wealth Managers · Manage Action Points from Client Meetings · Writing Post Approval Suitability letters and Business Submission · Carry Forward, Annual Allowance, Lifetime Allowance Calculations · Client Financial Review input/updating · Manage Pipeline for Senior Wealth Manager · Analytics using FE Analytics and preparation of detailed Voyant reports · Drawdown Review Letters and Fund Switch Letters · Respond to Client Inquiries (Technical and administrative) · Identify Opportunities and Referrals from Existing Clients · Managing workflow through Asana software and Business Trackers · Facilitation of defined benefit transfers · Preparation of Illustrations and Electronic Business Submissions utilising the Blue—door software · Critical Yield Calculations · Manage Outsourced Letter Of Authority Process The Person: This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit an entrepreneurial, confident, motivated, highly organised and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a ‘can do’ working style. You must have a degree and at least 3 years previous work experience and be strong in the following areas: · Relevant experience in Wealth Management or regulated Financial Services · Candidates with SJP related experience would be of particular interest · At least 2 CII RO exams · High level of attention to detail & excellent organisation skills · High standard of written & verbal communication skills · Highly IT literate, including advanced MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills · Keeps calm when faced with conflicting demands and handles these effectively · Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a professional, proactive and positive attitude · Ability to work autonomously as well as working on shared goals as part of a team · Manages time effectively with the ability to multi-task
