A lovely client is looking for a Michelin level private chef for a special dinner on 1st of February 2025. The client is based in Cambridge.
You will be cooking for 8 - 10 guests a 3 course lunch, preferably modern British cuisine.
As this is a special occasion, they are looking for someone who is punctual, has a good eye for detail and presentation.
No dietary restrictions or allergies reported yet, but this may change.
Your duties include:
1. Menu planning
2. Food shopping
3. Preparation
4. Cooking
5. Clearing up your work areas
