Job Title: Civils Project Manager Salary: £50,000 (depending on experience) We are seeking an experienced Civils Project Manager to oversee multiple projects ranging in value from £5K to £2.5M, with most projects valued at £100K and above. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities: Managing and overseeing civil engineering projects, including car parks, residential developments, and industrial units. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations on all sites. Liaising with clients on-site when necessary to provide updates on project progress (primary communication will be handled by the Operations Manager). Coordinating with subcontractors and on-site teams to meet project milestones. Reporting regularly on the status of projects to senior management. Requirements: Proven experience in civil engineering projects. Strong understanding of site management processes. SMSTS or SSSTS certification. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with clients and contractors. Preferred Experience: Experience in managing car park developments or industrial/residential unit projects.
