Role:
1. Lead on procurement projects to achieve cashable savings and added value opportunities
2. Prepare tender documentation and manage full processes above threshold
3. Support procurement strategy delivery within assigned category areas
4. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
5. Carry out bench marking activities and market analysis
6. Negotiate with suppliers
7. Advise on procurement process and look to improve procedures where possible
The Person:
8. Previous experience within the Public Sector
9. PCR2015 knowledge
10. Ability to work multiple projects at once
11. MCIPS or working towards desirable
12. Available at short notice
