We are seeking a Front House Manager to lead our team at a bustling leisure facility. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual with a bright personality who can create a warm and welcoming environment for both kids and adults. The Front House Manager will oversee a team of supervisors and assistants, ensuring smooth operations within our high-volume outlet.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Lead and manage the front house team, including supervisors and assistants, to ensure efficient operation of the facility.
* Create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors, ensuring a positive experience for both children and adults.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service and address any operational challenges.
* Train and develop team members, providing regular feedback and performance reviews.
* Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
* Manage scheduling and staffing to accommodate peak times and special events.
* Oversee the maintenance and presentation of the front house area to meet health and safety standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Front House Manager or similar leadership role in hospitality or leisure industries.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with children and adults.
* Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing and motivating a team.
* Ability to handle high-volume operations with attention to detail.
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
* Experience in staff training and development.
