Are you an experienced installations manager looking for a new challenge? Our Thatcham based client is looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join their growing team.
Our client is seeking a highly trained, practical and adaptable Installations Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have extensive site experience, possibly in steel erection or electrical installations. The candidate will have supervisory experience, responsible for onsite supervision and planning. This may be the next step up for the candidate as they look to make the move into management from field or site work.
You will be responsible for overseeing 6 members of installation staff in addition to several subcontractors. You will supervising others in carrying out site works, ensuring they are carried out efficiently and to a high standard, within the service level agreements.
Schedule:
– Monday to Friday
– 40 hours per week
– Daily start times vary, taking place between 6am – 6pm
Pay :
– £37,500 to £42,500 DOE
Responsibilities:
– Undertake installation and maintenance works for clients across the UK.
– Perform quality and health & safety inspections of works, remotely and on site.
– Undertake site visit with and for clients and produce site surveys to produce detailed works requirements.
– Assist the Installations Manager with stock checks, vehicle maintenance records, and ensure staff training is relevant and up to date.
