Hawk3 talent solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Warehouse Customer Service Operative to join their busy depot in Rugby.
Role Overview:
You will report to the Network Manager and be responsible for identifying and repatriating unidentified parcels. You will match lost parcels with their rightful owners based on customer data. Your duties will include investigating lost:in:network parcels, handling customer queries via phone and email, and physically scanning and relabelling parcels in the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
: Investigate and manage unidentified parcels, ensuring they are returned to the correct recipient.
: Process queries through the chatbot system and email, creating and applying new parcel labels.
: Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and repatriate parcels efficiently.
: Maintain control of unidentified freight in line with depot standards.
: Conduct thorough investigations to ensure compliance with return:to:sender policies.
: Log all unidentified parcels, including a detailed description of returned goods.
: Fully utilise available tracking and scanning systems to resolve parcel queries.
: Provide daily reporting on unidentified parcels using the Workforce Portal.
: Identify incorrectly returned parcels and liaise with the Delivery team for corrective action.
: Allocate Light and Large parcels correctly.
: Prioritise parcels for Next Day delivery within the depot.
:Handle customer and internal stakeholder queries via multiple communication channels.
:Conduct outbound calls to investigate parcel locations, liaise with couriers, and provide updates.

: Strong customer service skills with a problem:solving mindset.
: Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
: Confident telephone and communication skills when dealing with customers, clients, and stakeholders.
: Excellent investigation and information:gathering skills.
: Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively.
: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer skills.
