Fitness Coaches at Fit to Last are not required to pay rent to do this. Being a Personal Trainer here at Fit to Last means spending your time coaching clients. Helping them to achieve their fitness goals. During times you’re not coaching clients, we expect you to be studying and learning how to become an even better coach. Not hanging out on a gym floor looking for prospects. All sessions are done for you and tailored to our members individual needs. Yes, that's right. No need for you to be spending hours of your own time creating programmes. When you're not scheduled to work, your time off really is YOUR time off. However, your feedback, input and collaboration is essential in helping our members to develop and progress. Weekly 1:1s with Lead Coach will ensure you have the opportunity to be involved in the progress of our members. This role is for Personal Trainers with a positive attitude who want to contribute and be part of a successful growing business. Ideal candidates will be ready to fulfil the commitment members make. Attending the studio, ready to work, with a great attitude, week in week out. We need reliable Personal Trainers who are available to work during our operating hours of 6:15am to 9:30pm Monday-Friday and 6:45am to 1:15pm Saturdays on a two-week shift rotation. This permanent role is a minimum of 20 hours per week on a two-week shift rota pattern with a mix of hours ranging from 6:15am-9:30pm Monday-Friday and 6:45am-1:15pm Saturdays. Due to studio operating hours, candidates must be based in South West London or within a 45-minute commute of the studio located in Clapham North to be considered for this role.
