How you'll make an impact This role is pivotal for the finance function and will help shape the financial strategy and decision-making across the organisation. You'll work closely with operational leaders and provide financial analysis that drives business performance. Key responsibilities include: Partnering with senior stakeholders to support business decisions with financial insights. Leading financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes. Providing in-depth financial analysis and commercial insight to support growth. Ensuring robust financial control and process improvements are implemented. Collaborating across teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and financial performance.
