* £52,120 - £57,025 per annum (pro rata for part time)
* 37 hours per week - Flexible working options available

Your role and responsibilities
* Advising, supporting and directly supervising a team of Social Workers and Personal Advisors.
* Developing good quality of practice, motivating the team and driving forward continued performance development.
* Confidently making management decisions regarding case work.
* Developing and leading on Immigration and Asylum knowledge and Leaving Care legislation and practice.
* Ensuring young people and their families are actively involved in planning to achieve best outcomes.
* Communicating effectively with a range of agencies and helping shape future services.
You will need
* To be social work qualified, Social Work England registered and have a minimum of 3 years post-qualifying experience in adoption, frontline or relevant childcare settings.
* Evidence of continuing professional development in a management role.
* Management qualification (Desirable).
The team
We are a team who specializes in working with Children in Care and Care Leavers to support young people aged 16 up to 25 to develop their independence and prepare for adulthood.
