The successful candidate will work closely with the SENDCo and team to assist in the classroom. You will be responsible for working across a discrete range of pupil need (eg students with an EHCP/SEN) and for the most part delivered on a one-to-one or small group basis. You will be assisting the SENCO to promote individual pupils’ academic, social and emotional development through the development and implementation of programmes of pupil work and support and in the provision of a stable, caring and supportive learning environment; to enable the pupil(s) to achieve their full learning potential and facilitate their personal, academic, social and moral development. We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic, conscientious and caring individual to join our growing team of Teaching assistants. The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as being able to use initiative and work independently are essential skills.
