Salary: c£35K (pro rata)
What will you be doing?
You will transform ways of working by simplifying, enhancing and developing processes and systems for the benefit of the team and wider business.
This is an opportunity for you to use your experience to add value by identifying requirements, designing and implementing solutions to allow the team to evolve their ways of working to meet business needs.
You will be responsible for a number of key duties which will include, but not limited to:
1. Business partnering with non-finance colleagues in various operating companies within the group
2. Involvement in month-end management accounts provision
3. Raising and/or approving bank payment transactions
4. Preparation or review of journal entries
5. Preparation and review of balance sheet reconciliations
6. Providing support to finance colleagues for other regular and ad hoc activities

You will:
1. Be a part-qualified accountant, highly skilled and experienced in working with and building data, reporting and forecasting models in Finance systems
2. Have advanced analytical skills to build robust reporting and analysis models
3. Be experienced with NetSuite (essential)
4. Experience of using Excel Power Queries (desired)
5. Be passionate about making improvements with a strong focus on delivery
6. Have a collaborative approach to working with end users to understand requirements and to pass on essential skills to enable the long-term maintenance and development of the processes
