What you'll be doing Working closely with the Senior Management Team you will make a significant contribution to achieving targets for new business growth and retention/renewal of existing service contracts by being accountable for responses to opportunities, both as part, and outside of, formal procurement. This will include agreeing with operational & clinical colleagues the business development strategy, assessing potential growth opportunities, undertaking market intelligence of Commissioners, potential customers and competitors and agreeing partnership arrangements with fellow providers. Additional to the base salary and car allowance, Practice Plus Group operates a discretionary commission scheme that offers the opportunity for additional earnings each year up to 30% of the base salary depending on success in securing new, and retaining existing business. This is a hybrid position based out of our office in Theale and regular travel to Secondary Care services across England is required.
