We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack JavaScript Developer to join our Experience Engineering team. In this role, you will take the lead in developing cutting-edge web and mobile applications, ensuring they are high-performing, scalable, and maintainable. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build engaging solutions that meet and exceed our clients' expectations. Key Responsibilities As a Lead/Senior Full Stack Developer, you will: Provide technical leadership and mentorship, guiding developers through best practices and high-quality coding standards. Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components using JavaScript, Node.js, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Collaborate with architects and developers to build scalable, secure, and robust architectures. Lead and participate in agile development processes (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives). Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure performance, quality, and adherence to best practices. Improve development processes, tools, and techniques to boost productivity and product quality. Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and provide technical guidance. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, driving innovation within the team. Skills & Experience Essential: Proven experience as a Full Stack JavaScript Developer, with a strong focus on Node.js and backend development. Expertise in at least one leading Node framework (Express.js, Nest.js, Hapi.js). Strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, Angular). Experience in a lead or senior developer role, mentoring and guiding teams. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6), and TypeScript. Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD). Knowledge of Cloud-Native development (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Git. Strong understanding of web standards, accessibility, and performance best practices. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
