The Role
We’re looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our in-house IT team, ensuring our employees have the best possible technology experience. You’ll provide friendly and reliable first-line support, coordinate with third-party service providers, and drive IT process improvements across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide on-site and remote first-line IT support across the business
2. Prioritise, escalate, and resolve service issues efficiently
3. Manage the joiners, movers, and leavers process to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
4. Partner with external IT providers to monitor service levels and improve support operations
5. Stay up to date with new technologies and improvements in business applications
6. Identify opportunities to improve IT processes, collaboration, and system adoption across teams
What We’re Looking For:
1. Solid understanding of IT support principles (e.g., MS Office, MS Exchange, ITIL)
2. Experience providing L1 and/or L2 IT support (preferred)
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
4. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
5. Strong problem-solving skills and experience with Microsoft Office and business applications
6. FMCG or fast-growth industry experience is a plus
