Job summary We have an exciting opportunity for an Inreach practitioner to join the Westgate team based within Frankland Prison. Westgate is within the area of Frankland Prison and Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear foundation Trust are contracted by Tees, Esk and Wear Valley Trust to provide care and treatment for the residents of Westgate. The successful candidate may have desirable experience of working within prison environments or forensic inpatient environment. They will have demonstrable experience of effective working with wider agencies and effective delivery of identified interventions. The Westgate Multi Disciplinary Team are diverse consisting of Nursing staff, Forensic and clinical psychologists and occupational therapist. they very much integrated within the prison environment, working closely with prison operational staff. The successful candidate will be provided with a thorough induction programme and developmental opportunities to enhance their skillset.
