Brockenhurst College is seeking a dedicated and experienced education professional to join our team as our Learning Support Manager. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of students by leading and developing high-quality learning support and inclusive education.
As Learning Support Manager, you will oversee learning support services, working closely with staff, students, and external agencies to provide a fully inclusive learning environment. You will lead a team of dedicated Learning Support Assistants, ensuring students receive tailored assistance to help them thrive and achieve their full potential.

This is a full-time role, however applications for substantial part-time will be considered.In return, you will receive a salary of£45,014-£47,550 per annum (pro rata if part time).
