We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrician to join our team at Lyons Holiday Parks. If you want to be part of a successful team who are multi-skilled, quality obsessed and have a working knowledge of electrical systems to conduct maintenance, fault finding, and diagnostics across the commercial, fleet and sales portfolio.
Business Responsibilities
* Diagnose and repair electrical problems in commercial and electrical systems.
* Fault find, rewire and monitor electrical installations across the group.
* Conduct routine maintenance and testing on commercial and domestic (caravans) electrical systems, ensuring installations are to manufacturer standards.
* Rewire faulty electrical systems, such as lighting, heating and alarms.
* Adhere to policies and procedures including Health and Safety.
* Provide professional assessments and advice accordingly.
The Person
* Ensure excellent quality workmanship which upholds company standards.
* Able to work on own initiative without receiving explicit direction.
* Provide exceptional customer service and answer customer queries.
* Must be highly competent (and confident) in trade skills.
* Be qualified or have working knowledge of 18th Edition wiring regulations.
* Knowledge of NICEIC and demonstrate familiarity with requirements.
* Flexible, working to the needs of the business.
* Have a full driving licence as you will be working across all parks.
Customer Engagement
* Confidently deal with customer concerns with the ability to resolve problems. React to customer feedback and work with the team to find quick solutions.

* Work as part of the team daily to ensure that all areas of responsibility are covered, guiding colleagues when needed and escalating issues when required.
* Support the company induction, including completion of mandatory safe and secure training.
* Take ownership of service delivery ensuring all colleagues are putting the customer first.
* Achieve and exceed targets and key performance indicators.
* Ensure all team members have relevant qualifications and completed all training required for the role.
* Complete all relevant administrative tasks including team rotas, job sheets, hours worked recorded, safety compliance checks and legislative compliance checks.
