Excellent Opportunity for a MEICA Site Manager to join our team at Enpure Ltd - Guildford!
Main Duties & Responsibilities
1. To ensure compliance with company procedures and work instructions, guide notes and other information that forms part of the quality assurance, health and safety and environmental management systems.
2. To ensure that all sub-contractors are supervised in respect to above.
3. To ensure the effective management and supervision of all sub-contractors with respect to time, cost and quality.
4. To provide effective interface management and supervision of all sub-contractors.
5. To maintain effective good relations and communication with the Client and the Enpure team.
6. To ensure that the site accommodation and facilities are maintained to a high standard.
7. To ensure that all materials are efficiently received and stored safely in good condition.
8. To ensure that site daily records are produced and distributed in accordance with procedures.
9. To act as the environmental representative for the company on site.
10. To report progress against the agreed programme for the works and advise of any delays to the Project Manager.
11. To comply with all Health and Safety responsibilities commensurate with the role, as outlined in the Health and Safety policy.
12. To comply with all Environmental responsibilities commensurate with the role.
13. Any other duties commensurate with the position as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications & Experience
1. A formal engineering qualification in a relevant discipline (minimum HNC or equivalent).
2. CSCS Managers Card.
3. SMSTS/IOSH Managing Safely in Construction.
