The South/East Community Therapy teams, based at Mount Gould Hospital and Plympton Clinic, are looking for a Therapy Support Worker to join their team of Occupational and Physiotherapists. Working under the guidance of the therapist's you will be integral to the delivery of treatments and interventions to our patients in their own homes. You will support patients to reach their rehabilitation goals which will support them to remain living independently. You will be required to autonomously visit patients in their own homes across the South and East of Plymouth delivering Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy interventions. Experience of working in health or social care is desirable but not essential, as training and support will be provided to the successful candidate.
