We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our vibrant team in Richmond. As an experienced property professional, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining a portfolio of properties.
Job Responsibilities
* Manage and respond to landlord and tenant property queries and issues
* Proactively communicate with landlords and tenants, compiling relevant reports as needed
* Obtain competitive quotations and instruct contractors to complete necessary work
* Organise inventory, check-in, and check-out appointments, distributing reports accordingly
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records
* Process invoices in a timely manner, ensuring smooth financial transactions
* Set up and close down utilities as required
* Arrange timely safety checks and oversee remedial works to completion
* Distribute safety records to relevant parties
* Evaluate end-of-tenancy reports, propose damage assessments to landlords, and manage deposit distribution
* Book and monitor work orders effectively
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 year's property management experience, preferably within a corporate agency
* ARLA/NFoPP qualification is highly desirable
* Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
* Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Adaptability and strong teamwork skills
* Strong work ethic and service-oriented approach
* Excellent written and communication skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment as part of a team
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Initiative-taking and ownership mindset
* Confidence in dealing with clients and exceeding their expectations

What We Offer
* Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications, plus a £2,000 quarterly bonus based on KPI performance (£500 per quarter)
