This role is based within our flagship landmark Food Hall on Brighton’s seafront Shelter Hall is made up of 7 kitchens and 2 bars split across 2 floors, with private dining and unbeatable outside space. Combining a fantastic choice of cuisines for our guests, all ordered through the Shelter Hall app and delivered to their table by our floor team. As a Bartender at Shelter Hall Food Hall, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience, crafting high-quality drinks while delivering excellent customer service. Your responsibilities include preparing and serving beverages, engaging with guests, maintaining a clean and organised bar, and ensuring smooth service during busy periods. You’ll also be responsible for dispense, taking payments, stock control, and upholding hygiene and safety standards. This role requires strong mixology skills, efficiency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. What's in it for you?
