Digital Project Coordinator Vitaflo (International) Ltd are currently looking torecruit a Digital Project Coordinator on a permanent contract. Reporting directly into the Global Digital Marketing Team Leader,you will help develop and drive the implementation of digital marketing initiatives from global HQ across numerous markets. As well as being responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating projects and ensuring the smooth execution of various digital initiatives.

This is a new role which brings plenty of scope for the successful applicant to make their own.
What will you do? Your responsibilities will consist of the following:
Project Coordination Coordinate multiple digital projects simultaneously, including website development, new site launches, accessibility improvements and SEO enhancements across various themes and languages.
Develop and implement project plans, timelines, allocating resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including HQ colleagues (UK), markets and developers, to achieve project goals.
Technical Responsibilities Use a web content management system to edit and update onsite content including images and text, ensuring pages are engaging and deliver high customer experience
Implement accessibility features and SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and usability.
Communication and Reporting Communicate project status, progress, and any issues to stakeholders through regular reports and meetings.
Ensure clear and effective communication between team members, clients, and other departments.
Quality Assurance Conduct quality checks on website updates and project deliverables to ensure required standard are met
Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain website integrity.
Continuous Improvement Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, web development, accessibility, and SEO.
Implement new strategies and technologies to improve team efficiency and project outcomes.
This is a hybrid role with 50% office, 50% work from home over a month.
What would make you a great fit for the role Previous Experience in coordinating digital projects andcomfortable working on a variety of projects at the same time.
A highly organised and confident multi-tasker.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
Experience with web CMS, Data analysis, D2C social media, Google Adwords, SEO/SEM, process and security.
A proven track record of project management in a marketing environment.
