Through strong clinical leadership you will support the teams to promote excellence in nursing and midwifery care to maintain and improve clinical standards. The role provides leadership and operational accountability for the inpatient areas of maternity with in the Women's' & Children's' Division, working with the Leadership team to meet the requirements of the NHSE Maternity and Neonatal Single Delivery Plan (2023) and the Maternity Incentive Scheme (CNST). You will ensure that all patients are treated with compassion, dignity and respect placing value on the diversity of the local community and beyond.
