THE COMPANY:
Our client is a property firm seeking an Office Manager to join their Cardiff based office on a permanent basis.
THE ROLE:
1. Diary and inbox management
2. Stakeholder management including leading event planning
3. Act as the first point of contact for employees
4. Manage and set up meeting rooms
THE PERSON:
1. Experience working as an Office Manager
2. Proven experience in developing business processes
3. Experience organising and overseeing internal and external events
4. Manage information in a confidential manner
