We are currently looking for the ideal person to fulfil our Role of HR administrator to support and assist our clients either working from home or attending the Boston office and visiting their clients’ offices within Lincolnshire.
The hours are flexible, but it will need to be flexible on both sides to meet our clients’ requirements.
You would need to be provide first line employees relations advice and support to all clients, In addition to general administration and record keeping
Maintain knowledge of all practices and procedures relevant to HR including some aspects of payroll.
Placing adverts for clients, scheduling meetings and managing feedback.
Candidates with HR experience and payroll knowledge and full uk licence
