As a Cyber Security Account Manager at CybaVerse, you will focus on building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients, identifying their cyber security needs, and delivering tailored solutions. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by managing a sales pipeline across the UK markets.
This role combines strategic account management with business development, requiring you to inspire trust, influence key stakeholders, and ensure client satisfaction. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional cyber security services while achieving and exceeding sales targets.
We are looking for a motivated, client-focused individual with strong sales skills and the ability to connect technology solutions with business objectives. While deep technical knowledge is not required, a passion for learning and a consultative approach to sales are essential.
Skills and Experience:
· Proven experience in account management, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and senior decision-makers.
· Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
· Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills to develop long-term partnerships.
· Ability to understand client challenges and position appropriate cyber security solutions.
· Self-motivated, strategic thinker capable of managing multiple accounts and projects.
· Familiarity with cyber security services is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
· Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
· Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their business objectives and cybersecurity needs.
· Manage and grow a sales pipeline across the UK and international markets.
· Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through strategic account planning.
· Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and through networking.
· Lead contract negotiations, proposal development, and project initiation to ensure successful delivery.
· Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and seamless project execution.
· Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
Desirable Qualifications:
· 2 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in cybersecurity, IT, or technology sectors.
· Experience working with a cybersecurity consultancy, MSSP, or MSP is a strong advantage.
· Understanding of cyber security services and solutions (e.g., threat management, penetration testing, endpoint protection, compliance).
· Confident in client-facing engagements and presenting to stakeholders.
· A passion for learning and continuous improvement.
