Please note this is a fixed term position for 2 years Working hours: 35 hours per week Interview Date: To be confirmed We are looking to recruit a Ukraine Project Co-ordinator & Translator to provide a wide range of co-ordination and translation skills to the Ukrainian Community, under the direction of the Corps Officer(s), offer successful support of Ukrainian Refugees including signposting to other support groups, back to work support and help to integrate into local communities. Be the focal point for guests requiring practical support and a point of contact for information required by guests, managing the distribution of practical support in accordance with set criteria. Act as translator for the project for Ukrainian guests. This will include Sundays where translation and support with needs for individuals is required. There is also an expectation that assistance with the joint worship services will be required. Arrange/deliver training and volunteering opportunities for Ukrainians appropriate to their needs. Provide administrative support and networking with other charities, local authorities and partners. You Will Have: Strong previous experience of working successfully in a coordinator or administrator role at a similar level Demonstrable strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information to programme participants and colleagues in a clear, effective and professional manner Excellent translation skills (Ukrainian/English) Proven strong experience of using Microsoft Office (Word/Excel), Outlook and Teams to perform your work duties In order to complete your application please download and read the job profile and any other attachments.
