As a Care Leader, you'll be responsible for:

The ideal Care Leader candidate will have:
1. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care or be willing to work towards it.
2. NVQ 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
3. A full UK driving licence.

5. Strong leadership and organisational skills.
6. A passion for working with children with learning disabilities.
