Service Manager - Horsham
Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week (Mon-Fri)

The Role of Service Manager
This position is based at a rehabilitation service near Horsham, which provides a range of services and facilities for residents to enjoy whilst on the road to recovery and meeting personal goals.
The Service Manager will oversee all aspects of the service, ensuring the highest quality of treatment and care. The role requires leading, motivating, and developing a multidisciplinary team to perform at their best in supporting residents. This is a chance to make a real impact by managing organic and planned changes within the service and promoting the service to potential commissioners and referrers.
About the Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
1. A QCF (NVQ) level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent
2. Experience managing a high-quality, residential service
3. A strong commitment to delivering person-centred independence-building services
4. Proven experience managing budgets and financial systems
5. A successful track record of developing teams and managing performance
